Job Title: Survey Project Manager

Job Description

We are currently initiating a search for a Survey Department Manager to support our growing organization. This position is based in our Phoenix Metro office (Mesa, AZ).

Your Impact:

The Survey Department Manager provides both strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial drive to work with our team in Arizona. We use the latest technology including Trimble GPS & Robots, AutoCad Civil3D, DJI UAVs, and other advanced platforms.

• Working closely with office staff to finish jobs.
• Maintain and manage existing client relationships.
• Mentor and develop staff.
• Prepare proposals for new opportunities.
• Track and review key performance indicators for the department.
• Provide oversight on a variety of projects.
  
  

Hard Skills

• PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) licensed in the state of Arizona
• 5 years minimum experience leading a team
• Oversee a variety of Survey project types (topographic, ALTA, Right-of-Way, legals and easements, etc.) for both public and private clients
• Strong Business Development Skills
• Autocad Civil 3D

• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills with effective communication
• Highly organized
• Relates well with clients
• Collaborates well with other departments
• Attention to project details including scope, schedule and budget
  
  

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mesa, Arizona.
