Position Overview:

As a Parking Lot Attendant / Parking Lot Cashier, you will play a crucial role in managing our parking facilities and creating a positive experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for handling cash, debit, and credit transactions, directing vehicles, and maintaining a safe and organized parking area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Process parking fees through cash, debit, and credit transactions, ensuring accurate handling and issuing receipts.
• Direct vehicles to available parking spaces efficiently.
• Monitor parking lot for any issues or concerns and address them promptly.
• Maintain a clean and orderly parking area, including signage and equipment.
• Provide directions and information to guests as needed.
• Assist with any other tasks related to parking lot operations as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus.
• Familiarity with debit/credit card processing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
