Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a proactive and versatile Part-Time Operations Manager to join our energetic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping us streamline processes and drive efficiency in our startup environment. This position offers flexibility with part-time hours (with possibility for full-time in the following months if desired), perfect for those who are ready to dive into a dynamic role and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure we’re running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to help us scale and adapt quickly.
  • Team Leadership: Support and guide a small, growing team, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment.
  • Budget Management: Assist with budgeting and cost management to keep us on track and aligned with our financial goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on our operational performance, helping us make data-driven decisions.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with our vendors and suppliers, ensuring we get the best value and service.
  • Compliance: Ensure our operations meet company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations management or a similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a knack for creative solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with startup-friendly operations tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible, self-directed role with multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will also posses some

  • general knowledge in plumbing
  • construction
  • HVAC
  • any other related field experience.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time position, approximately 20 hrs.
  • Flexible hours with potential for remote work.
