THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively, the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8-hour shifts = 5 days (40 hours), 9-hour shifts = 4 days (36 hours), 10-hour shifts = 4 days (40 hours), 12-hour shifts = 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state, then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role, based on location and experience level has range of $1,965.20 - $2,658.80
