Who we’re looking for:

NIGHT AUDITOR/PM GUEST SERVICES AGENT

We’re about the friendliest company you’ll ever come across—and we need someone to be the face of this as soon as a guest steps into our hotel. Are you happy, outgoing and wear a perma-smile? In addition to generally spreading joy, you’ll be ensuring guests are receiving great customer service from the time they exit their cab to entering their room and everything in between.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

1. Completing daily front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and rates and types of available rooms as well as other requests from guests.
2. Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms.
3. Act as a point of reference for guests that require assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements. This includes their transportation needs.
4. Acquiring and sharing knowledge of the hotel as well as the surrounding areas, venues and attractions.

Your experience and qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Three to six months related experience preferred.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
4. Working knowledge of Opera PMS preferred.
5. Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.
6. Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
7. Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service.

Pay: $19.57 - $20.60 per hour
