We believe that it is important to know all aspects of the business. Therefore, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY and everyone will go through FULL TRAINING with all tools provided! Be ready to learn Sales, Promotions, and Marketing!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services directly
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
• Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
