Title: IT Field Service Technician - Copiers and Printer Specific
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $40k per year - Negotiable based on experience

MUST HAVE experience with printers such as Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark, HP, etc...

This IT Field Service Technician position will be supporting various clients with Copier and Printer Specific troubleshooting and installations . Additionally, technicians help our clients solve technical problems involving Windows PC's, Macs, desktop applications, anti-virus software, Windows servers, smartphones, printers, and network gear. Our Technicians are our front line support and the best candidate for this role is tech-savvy and interested in learning more about the technologies our clients use and require for their business.

Preferred Experience:

• MUST HAVE experience with printers such as Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark, HP, etc...
• Windows PC's installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Mac installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Desktop applications installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Anti-virus software installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Windows servers installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Smartphones installation set-up, troubleshoot and repair
• Printer and network gear installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE experience with printers such as Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark, HP, etc...
• High school Diploma
• Tech Savvy and willing to learn
• Trainable
• Reliable
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 points
