Outside Sales Full-time

Job description

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The incumbent will communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel in the Los Angeles area to establish, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships and accounts by providing stellar customer service, including responding to and calling on customers as necessary.
  • Work with our Inside Sales Associates to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives that will improve customer satisfaction and territory growth.
  • Seek and develop new customer opportunities and accounts.
  • Introduce, promote, and demonstrate new products and marketing programs.
  • Correspond with the Branch Manager and Purchasing Agents on changes in product demands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management as required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the HVAC wholesale industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products and systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school degree or above.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate

  • Base plus commission.
