Position: Night Auditor

About Us:

Integrity Hospitality Management & Avid - Candlewood Suites is a 91-room hotel located in Fort Payne, Alabama. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Closing: Accurately complete daily financial transactions, including balancing cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Guest Service: Assist guests with inquiries and requests during the night shift.
• Security: Monitor hotel security systems and respond to any incidents.
• Data Entry: Input guest information and reservations into the property management system.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
