Style Netbox is seeking a motivated Events Assistant to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events that showcase our clients' brands. You will work closely with our event management team to coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure each event runs smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop and maintain event schedules and timelines to ensure all aspects are executed on time.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist in the creation of event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, and promotional content.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and event management software is a plus.
