Job Title: Director of Video Marketing for Digital Marketing Firm

Location: 100% Remote

Our focus includes delivering innovative and result-driven video marketing strategies across multiple platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Video Marketing to lead our video efforts, from strategy to execution, and manage a team of video editors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement video marketing strategies tailored to each client’s needs,
• Develop publishing strategies for videos on YouTube, website, and social media marketing platforms.
• Understand client objectives and identify the type of video content that will resonate best with target audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with video marketing trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

YouTube, Website & Social Media Marketing:

• Lead the creation and optimization of video content for YouTube, websites, and social media channels.
• Develop strategies to increase engagement and reach through video SEO, and platform-specific tactics.
• Ensure videos are optimized for maximum performance and engagement across all channels.

Video Content Creation & Editing:

• Oversee the production and editing of high-quality video content, ensuring it aligns with client goals and is ready for distribution across websites and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators and video editors to produce engaging videos.
• Edit videos directly as part of the role, ensuring they meet professional standards and client expectations.
• Manage editing responsibilities and ensure all videos are polished and professional.

Team Leadership & Organization:

• Manage and lead a team of video editors, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure video strategies align with client goals.
• Stay organized and ensure efficient workflow for the entire video production process, from planning to publication.

Client Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for high-profile clients regarding video marketing strategies and performance updates.
• Provide clients with detailed reports on video marketing performance, including actionable insights for improvement.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track video performance across all platforms.
• Present data-driven reports to internal teams and clients, refining strategies based on performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in video marketing, with a strong focus on YouTube, and multi-platform video content strategies
• Proven success in leading video content strategies for brands, ideally within the legal or professional services industry

Skills:

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational skills, and creative problem-solving abilities in video marketing
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube, keyword optimization, and multi-platform video marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding video production teams
• Proficiency in video editing tools, analytics tools, and data interpretation
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Additional Information:

• This is a contractor position.
• You are required to have your own working computer and reliable internet service for optimal working conditions.
• This is a 100% remote position, but the candidate must work from 8 am - 5 pm Central Time Zone.
• We service law firm clients nationwide in the United States and parts of Canada.
