About the Role:

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing. You'll play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of all marketing content, ensuring it supports demand generation campaigns, enhances brand visibility, and effectively communicates our value proposition across various platforms. By creating targeted content that aligns with customer journeys and departmental objectives, you'll directly influence the sales funnel and support the achievement of revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive content audit and develop a revision or retirement plan for underperforming content.
Implement new content strategies for one-pagers, emails, and sales sequences, initiating A/B testing for different content formats.
Develop and execute a plan for regular content updates on the website and landing pages.
Create compelling digital assets (blogs, videos, infographics) to support marketing campaigns.
Measure and report on the impact of newly implemented strategies, establishing a feedback loop with Sales and Customer Service to refine content based on direct customer and prospect feedback.
Implement innovative content concepts to differentiate our brand and optimize content for SEO and improved user engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in content marketing and copywriting with a focus on B2B markets.
Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to produce compelling and clear content.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on analytics.
