Job Description

Overview:

The Audio-Visual Production Manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating and executing operations and events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Serve as in-house contact for location provided and on-site staff.

• Overall sales: Quoting, presenting, and servicing A/V needs to the client.

• Driving revenues and profitability of assigned locations.

Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to :

• Employee relations and team development with location staff and colleagues

• Location and vendor relationships

• Project and event management

• Scheduling

• High level of customer service expertise

• Managing technicians and crew

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Superior customer service: client and partnership satisfaction is top priority.

• Minimum of AA/BS or equivalent experience of three or more years of audiovisual technical

experience preferably in a hospitality environment with direct client interaction.

• Must possess good written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency.

• Must excel at managing day-to-day operations in a technical environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

management.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests.

• Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.

• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.

• Knowledge/experience in professional audio, video, lighting equipment and production services.

• Strong computer skills.
