Business Development Administrator Responsibilities:

Identifying and fulfilling Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities
Submitting and monitoring bid progress
Supporting marketing initiatives

Business Development Administrator Requirements:

Proficient in working autonomously with a proactive mindset for identifying and pursuing new business prospects
Possess strong organizational and project management skills
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to formulate and execute effective prospect strategies and plans
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in sales experience in the Utility/Construction industry

Business Development Administrator Benefits:

Salary $100,000 - $120,000 plus commission and bonus
