Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Position Summary: This position is in the Consumer Protection Division in Tampa, Florida. The incumbent will represent the Office of the Attorney General, Department of Legal Affairs, in court and administrative proceedings relating to enforcement of state and federal consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to, Chapters 501, 542, 812, 817, 895, and 932 of the Florida Statutes.
Pay: $97,443.06 Annually

NOTE: The OAG has modified its policy on assessing the level of work experience necessary to meet the minimum requirements for assistant attorney general and above. Applicants with certified legal intern experience will be credited on a month to month basis toward meeting the minimum experience requirement. Those with other legal intern experience will be credited on a month to month basis, up to a maximum of 3 months.
