Any design sets purchased from this site can be refunded within the first 7 days of purchase if you find that it is not working as it is supposed to and if you have contacted our support and we are unable to fix the issue to your satisfaction.
Remember that in order for the designs to work correctly you have to make sure you meet the following requirements: You must have Oxygen Builder + WooCommerce + Oxygen Elements for WooCommerce + PHP 7.4 or higher + WordPress 5.5+
